I hate ABC Cakes. I used to always use them for all my celebrations, but about half the time they messed it up and treated it like it was my fault. You’re right, their customer service sucks. They HAD a good reputation 20 years ago, but for the last few years it’s been bad.
From your list, go with Unique Cakes by Karyn. They’re good, but expensive. Another great bakery (my favorite!) is Le Chantilly on Menaul in Hoffmantown Shopping Center.
